Do you offer hosting?I believe every business owner should have full control of their own website, so I don’t provide hosting directly. Instead, I’ll recommend reliable hosting providers and help you get everything set up securely under your name.

Can I update the site myself after it’s live?Yes! You’ll receive a full website handover including a video or SOP so you have the basics of how your website is setup.

Do you write the website copy for me?Systems, processes and websites are my zone of genius, copy not so much. I don’t offer copywriting, but I’ll guide you with strategic prompts and layouts. If you need a copywriter, I can refer you to one.

Do I need branding ready before we begin?I recommend having your brand colors, fonts, and logo finalised. This ensures the design is cohesive from the start. If you aren't ready for that yet, we are happy to design some placeholder logos, fonts and colour palettes in Canva, to get you across the line until you are ready to upgrade. If you'd like to change colours, fonts, or branding mid-build or post-build, an additional fee will apply, so it's best to have this ready upfront.

What platform will my site be built on?All sites are built on either Wix. The base price listed on our site includes Wix builds only. We can also build on other platforms like WordPress at an additional cost based on complexity and scope.

What if I’m not sure which offer is right for me?You’re not alone! Start with a free clarity call and we can map your needs before choosing a build path.

Is SEO included?Basic SEO is included, page titles, metadata, structure, and alt tags. For advanced keyword strategy or long-term SEO support, I can recommend specialists.

What happens if I need more than 10 pages?No problem! I can quote a custom site scope for you.
