Brooke has been helping businesses succeed since 2006! With 15+ years of experience in administration, operations, IT project management, process improvement, automation, delivery, and data analysis, she is your girl to get the job done!

Becoming obsessed with time and how we spend it, after losing her Dad suddenly and unexpectedly in 2020. She has taught those closest to her to make the most of every moment, and now she wants to ensure everyone else can too!

Having had her own businesses, she understands the importance of good support and how daunting it can be to hand over tasks.

That's why at Brooke Janet, we provide premium OBM and VA services to take the load off busy entrepreneurs allowing them to use that time for the more important things while trusting that their business is in the right hands.

Brooke is an enthusiastic and high-performing professional with exceptional communication and excellent customer service skills. She is highly digitally proficient and learning new systems and getting s*it done is her superpower.


Having previously lead agile delivery teams, it was her priority to implement efficient and effective systems including automating processes and maximising possible efficiencies with time saving strategies. It also started a passion for facilitating and automating efficient workflows that align with strategic priorities.

Her experience in data analysis and reporting for the top 5 banks, proved her to be confidential, trustworthy and incredibly attentive to detail.

She is passionate about helping small business owners set their businesses up for success so they can spend time on the more important things. She wants everyone to have more time for the things they love. For Brooke, that means spending time with family and friends, travelling, in nature either hiking or at the beach, and indulging in yummy food and drinks.
